Jillian and Sam had an amazing wedding with some of the craziest dancing I’ve seen at the Seminary of the Southwest. The bride looked amazing in her bird veil and BCBG dress, she actually reminded us of Keira Knightly! There were a lot of theatre and Winedale people, and it was reflected in the lovely toasts that were given. Jillian made a 1000 cranes for the wedding, and everything looked colorful and fun! They also climbed a tree during the portrait session, which made me a bit nervous, but showed what an adventurous couple they are!

This was such a classic and elegant wedding at Sacred Oaks on Camp Lucy. The sun had set by the time the ceremony had started, and there was just the last vestige of blue in the sky. The candles lit up the lovely bride and bridesmaids in their sparkly, sequin dresses. It looked like a very timeless wedding that could have happened twenty or a hundred years ago.

austin wedding photographersThis was a gorgeous spring wedding in the hummingbird house, my favorite venue. As usual it was green and there were a lot of flowers. The couple, Molly and Travis, were so happy and joyous to be married, and their happiness was so infectious. It was so nice to be able to shoot this day in the life session. I photographed this couple during their wedding day, and now years later, I get to see them in the next stage of their lives. The baby was still so fresh and new, he was sleepy most of the session. There is an aching loveliness to see a family in this honeymoon stage after birth. It was such an honor.
