Star Hill Ranch is such a magical place to get married at. You feel like you’ve gone back in time to a historical Texas town. This is the first time I’ve photographed and outdoor dinner at Star Hill Ranch and it was gorgeous. The weather co-operated even though it threatened rain clouds, it stayed dry and lovely.

The couple and family celebrated their love under twinkle lights and a gorgeous, hill country, Texas night.

austin wedding

What an elegant wedding at the Winfield Inn in Kyle, TX. The elegance of the bride’s lace dress as she walked down the aisle was beautiful to behold.

“Our love is old and sure, not new and frantic.
You know I’m yours and I know you are mine.
And saying that has made me feel romantic,
My dearest love, my darling valentine.”
Wnedy Cope – Another Valentine.

Joel is someone I’ve known for about a decade now, and what a pleasure it is to be able to shoot his wedding. He and Carl are very well suited to each other and make each other happy. They had a super fun wedding at Mercury Hall, and they had a kick-ass first dance!

When it comes to setting up your wedding registry, there are so many options to choose from. Choosing a local Austin business helps to narrow down your decision while simultaneously helping your community to thrive, supporting small business owners and local artists. Your Austinite guests will have the option of picking out gifts in person rather than online, so they won’t have to deal with shipping costs, and guests from out of town can even have them delivered to the hotel. (Guests who put things off until the last minute will also thank you).
