Jules and Link had a cute geeky backyard wedding, that I think was Mass Effect themed? It’s been a while since I played Mass Effect so I don’t remember. They met while working for a video game company. It was a sweet and intimate evening, and they had amazing Frankln’s brisket!
It was a lovely day at the Hideout on Horseshoe Bay, in New Braunfels. The venue is located about 45 minutes from Austin, Texas. They have a bunch of little cabins, and usually the bridal party and the groomsmen stay the night, which makes for a great celebration weekend.
Lara looked stunning in her couture dress, as she walked down the long steps to the bottom of the river, so that the couple were married at the river bank, while people in tubes floated by. They tied the knot in front of their friends and family and celebrated the night away with an amazing band, the Detroit Steel band.

The wedding of Mary and Lucas was full of casual elegance. It was a lovely end of summer day, some clouds in the sky but no rain. We were at the top of a hill in Vintage Villa, which afforded us a beautiful view of the lake in the ceremony area. The decor was done by the friends and family of the couple, and it was a wonderful mix of fun, beauty and love.
