I shot this wedding for the fabulous Amy Kate Photography.
The groom was a lot of fun to follow, at one point he saw a moped near 6th street, and immediately got on it for a photo-op. I love how chill a lot of men are on their wedding day. The groom and his groomsmen first started off at the Stephen F Austin, and then meandered down to the Driskill and downtown area. Finally after some teasing from the groomsmen, the groom finally directed us to St Mary’s for the ceremony.
Here are a handful of my favorite images from the wedding.
Leah Muse - Love the shot of the men on the patio! Great job 🙂
Darko - Great photographs. The last shot in the mirror is amazing!
Tracy Morter - Such a touching moment in the mirror.
Caroline Anne - Great work Nadine, that Vespa is awesome.
Thomas Lester - Very nice. Looks classy. Great job! Love that Omni downtown!
Daniel H. - The first few have a real photojournalistic feel to them which I really like here. Well done on the photography!
Kyle - I like the one of the guys sitting at the circular table looking so tranquil — definitely not the scene in the bride’s room I’m sure 🙂
Caroline Ghetes - I love that second shot. It looks very editorial!
Herman Au - beautiful and stylish. love the shot of the program and the scooter is a nice touch!
George L Koroneos - Nothing says awesome like a scooter, but I love the whole set. Great work.
Kat Braman - one of my favorite things about second shooting is getting to hang with the guys. These photos are so fun. I love the second one.
Becca Dilley - Who knew Austin could feel so European? Especially the groomsmen hanging out at the cafe.
Heather - Oh, I adore that last shot. Well done!
West - Very creative – not your usual boring wedding photography!
Bradi Wells - Ah, love these brilliant little touches. The details here really seem to tell the story themselves… Gosh, I miss that city!
