Foam rollers, a favorite of dancers and yoga practictioners. Helps release tension in your muscles. I usually lie down on them before a wedding and after, since I get lower back pain and also my shoulders are hunched inwards in front of a computer a lot of the time.

To get myofascial release, I usually have to stay on it for at least 5 to 15 minutes. Sometimes I turn on a podcast. Remember you’re not suppose to feel pain, if you do, ease up. Sometimes folks have to start off with smaller rollers, or even just a rolled up towel if the rollers feel like too much.
